Digital Quantitative Pathology

The morphometric, planimetric and stereological analyses describe the morphological characteristics of interest in a tissue with the aim of providing numerical information in 2D and 3D, allowing comparisons and statistical analysis on the cellular or tissue architecture, for example, determining the effect of a drug , a diet or anti-inflammatory. It also allows to quantify the damage on a surface area.
